Hello
I 'm new to crystal server XI
i have 2 question to ask
1. I have over 200 reports and the jobserver is set to default 5 jobs
does this means it does only 5 reports at a time or max report it can schedule
2. when i schedule a report for weekly to run on sunday at6 am and the date is 8/2/2006 and the end time is set 12 am 2016
i have 200 reports to schedule
do i have to change each report time to start or leave them all at 6 am
what's is that end time date does that means it will run to that date or what

confuse??????????????
Any help is greatly appreciated

thank you

Hi,
If my understanding is correct, that number is the max number of concurrent jobs that can be running..

If you want 200 jobs to start at the same time ( I hope you have lots of memory, a fast processor and lots of temp space) , then set it to 200 ( I would stagger them myself)

Hi,
It would depend on how long each one runs..I would probably set the # of jobs at 15 and set 10 reports at a time to run, separated by the average time needed for the reports in that group to run..( 15 for the # of jobs, in case there is some overlap between the groups of 10)
