Jobs posting management system

Does anyone know any decent comparison site for Jobs system - (kind of CMS for Jobs - not sure what is the correct term for that) or such a system that you can recommend ?

My company is looking for one to buy and I'm having trouble investigating it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

We may end up building one ourselves tough.

Are you looking for something to which you can post jobs and they will display on your own site?

Or are you looking for job management facilities and a system that ties in to various jobs boards?

Does it need to tie in to an existing back office system?

If you are in the UK then take a look at Broadbean (

which is an all in one management system that ties in to job boards and can be hooked up to your in house systems.

It also handles candidate/response tracking etc.

Building your own isn't too hard, it all depends on how far you wish to take it.

Yes I do, and yes you are right it will also incorporate Broadbean but that's not the problem here.

Then what is the problem?

As far as I understand, Broadbean will let you post jobs to their system (or it can tie in to your own, existing back office system).
The job postings are then distributed to various job boards depending on which ones you sign up to.
Broadbean will also supply a data feed that you can use to post the jobs on your own website (or am I imagining that - sorry I had lots of meetings about this a while back and may be getting mixed up somewhere along the way).
