We have just installed a new digital printer/copier, which is being used by 6 users running from termianl services.
The problem that we are encountering is, occasionally after the machine has been printing perfectly for hours, it will hang one job in the que for about 5 mins, then continue printing as if nothing has happened.
I have tried reducing dpi, bi-directional settings etc.
If you have any advice, it would be greatly appreciated.
