Job's dont start

Hi,

I have backup exec 9.1 on windows 2003

When i try and run a job seuch as lebel, eject etc.. the job status just stays on ready and the job does not actually start straight away.

I have tried to restart thje services and then start the job manaully.

Any ideas?
