Jobs and SSIS synchronization

Depends on how you created your SSIS jobs.
If you scripted them into your DB in the first place and have the appropriate config setup either in files or in DB tables, just have then setup on the DR server and set them to disabled.
Ensure any updates are applied to both servers and then your DR can be switched on any time its required.
If you need to you can reverse script out both SSIS and jobs and then change any parameters which may be server specific (ensure you copy over any dtsx files you need)
