.joboptions - where do they go?

Hi there,

does anyone know what I do with some .joboptions I've downloaded?

I want to add them to my version of Acrobat Professional to better my pdf output, but can't see where I stick them.

Mac G5/10.4.7/Acrobat 7

or

just use the 'add adobe pdf settings' from the settings menu in distiller...
