JobCodes Reports

Hi all,

I have a client using IPOCC10.1.
We are using jobCodes for every call and client now wants to make a report about JC. What she wants is to find out total time of calls for a specific jobcode / topic or / agent.
So, for example, an agent had 3 calls of JobCode1, 5 calls of JobCode2 etc.. We want to find out the total Time of calls for JobCode1, JC2, JC3 for that agent for each topic..

I didn't see any specific counter for this, so I am asking you if you have any sugestions for this..

I encountered a problem with the reports for the JobCodes..

I am using "totTService -<RC per Jcode" and "totN per JCode". I see that totN per JCode [Tel] is missing a JobCode column..
Anybody can think of what can I do ?
