Job will not start after submission with scheduler

No error, job just sits in the queue in ready state. If I submit the job manually to run right away, it runs fine. This is ARCserve 11 for Windows. Had this situation in ARCserve 7 for Netware (solution was 'concurrent jobs =')any number greater than 0. Nothing in Brightstore knowledgbase about this problem.
 
Have you tried to stop and restart the Arcserve services?
Did you try to set the time to an earlier start time than the current time? If yes, does it still just sit in a ready state?
The most usual problem when your backup job is not starting is a job configuration problem.
Check your backup job, make sure the destination tab is correct (meaning your correct SDLT or DLT is selected)
