I have a problem. I schedule a job, it initiates and will write the report to disk, however, the job never goes to successful. It stays in a "processing" state.
I also get a Seagate Info error in the application log - Unable to find the specified messageId (500), or the number of arguments (1) was incorrect.
I am very tempted to reinstall Crystal Info.
By the way, if I reinstall, do I loose all of my report schedules?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
