Job wants overwritable media.

Hi Everybody!
I am using BE 9.1 with VXA2 10 tapes library to backup exchange. Last night an incremental backup was scheduled. It ran for a while, then queued, and now is asking to insert overwritable media. Something went wrong, probably with overwrite protection, that's not the point. I moved one of the tapes to scratch media, then ejected it from the library. Then imported it backup into the library. Job is still "queued" I tried other things - no luck. Any ideas?

I have had this happen a few times and have found that simply bouncing the service on the Exchange server allowed the queued job to end.
