I have ArcserveIt 6.61 Advanced Edtion running on NT4 server. After running a backup job, when you go to the database option to check the results of the backup, the job view says the type is unknown and the status is failed, but you can click on the log tab and it says it was %100 complete ever time. I have intialized all the database and even went as far as to uninstall and reload. Even after completely reloading the software it still does this. Any ideas. Thanks for any help ! ! !
