Job Title field will not Mail Merge from Outlook

I am trying to a Word mail merge from an OUtlook contact folder. When I go to edit recipients, I cannot find the Job Title field. I also tried to do a Match Fields and could not find the field. I then tried to manually enter it into the template with no luck. Does anyone no how to add the Job Title field to a mail merge?
 
I found a workaround- instead of pulling the data from Outlook, I exported the data to an excel file and performed the merge from Excel. All of the fields were exported to excel without a problem.
