Job stops at 99%

Hi Guys,

ARCserveIT 6.61 Workgroup on Nt4 Server.

The job keeps stopping and asking for a new tape to continue. The job reaches 99% before this message.

However, there is no way that the tape is full - is there a SP for this?

I was getting this same error message about a month ago. I had to completely blow away and recreate the backup job from scratch. After that the job ran fine. I don't know what caused the corruption but that resolution worked for me.
