I am looking for a program (software)that I can use with the job spec CD. I want to open the default Job spec on my laptop, fill in the customer information and the changes to the spec are stored on a floppy. Then when a tech goes on site, he can open his default spec, load the floppy and the changes populate the spec documents. This would work for any manufacturers job spec documentation. Save a tree!

Do a google search for freeware pdf editor and you should find free tools that allow you to use the NEC documents and as they are freeware you can give them to the people who need them without worry.
