Job Site Menu recordings

Pretty new to CM. We are a large commercial construction company that just installed CM. I want to setup a custom menu specific to one job site. OPT 1. Ext Dial, 2 name dialing and 3 a general delivery mailbox Where in CM would I begin to create these options?

that would be set in Unity. In the voice mail box, then caller input. then click on 1 then enter a either a number or your directory handler for name dialing.
