Job server timeout

I am using CE9 on one server, and IIS and a Web Connector on another. An ASP page on the IIS server makes a call to a CSP page on the Crystal server. I pass in parameters to name the report to use, get its title, and specify data to use. The report is returned and correct, but only after a 5-minute interval. Even if I use a report that does not require any data, the 5-minute interval is kept. I am using the Java viewer, so he problem could be the Job Server. Any ideas?
