Job reports error, but completes successfully.

I've scheduled a DTS job to run everday and 99% of the time it runs without incident. Earlier this week it failed. I corrected the problem, but my concern is that because on of the tasks failed why does the job report successful completion?

The DTS Package that I'm running contains two DTS packages and the second package is supposed to run when the first succeeds.

Here is the message from the job history:
