I have a job that dumps my entire B2D files to tape, which has worked fine in the past, but now when the job is run it just gets queued.
The media set overwrite protection is zero and has infinite append
When viewing media properties using the 'Media' tab is states that the media is overwritable etc
The tape drive is ready and available
No alerts pending
I have rebooted the server
Inventory several times
There are no other jobs running at the time
The disks and tape drive are all locally attached
No other processes running - e.g. AV etc
B2D jobs work fine
In the event viewer it reports that BE needs overwritable media but the media is overwritable – so what am I doing wrong or what could have happened?
