Job is going to Hold status when run it

hello all!
i schedule a backup job in arcserve 12 sp1 but when i run it job going to hold status after waiting for target and job is not running.
my os is w2k3.
i change the ca arcserve database (overwrite it) and schedule new job but problem not solved.

please help me for this problem.

If your company has a maintenance contract with CA Technologies then take advantage of the free upgrade to 15.0. If not start by installing SP2 RO08383.

If it still happens save you job to disk, close the Manager, run cstop, delete the queue which is the subdirectory 00000001.qsd, run cstart, and open and resubmit the job or just create a new job.
