Job hangs

I have a job that is running ( the Monday backup ) and it hung after doing the first 17 megs. It says it's still running but it's been stuck on an .htm file on the c drive for 12 hours now. There's nothing in the job log as to why it stopped. This has happened a few times in the past week since I got our new Overland Storage SDLT Autoloader. Any ideas?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Check the alerts tab in backup exec and the alert history. Sort it by date...is it prompting for media?
