Hey All,
currently experiencing an interesting (read: irritating) problem with Arcserve.
I recently added another server onto our SAN backup system, worked ok for a couple of days until the jobs started hanging. It would say "active" but nothing would be happening, and the only way to stop it is delete the queue file.
I noticed the job log and activity log for these backups there was a 2 new lines, being:
Replicated From: ings/<profile1>/Application Data/Local Set
On Server: ings/<profile2>/Application Data/Local Set
The contents of this would change every job, but it would always be a snippet of this area:
"documents and settings/<profileX>/Application Data/Local Settings/Microsoft/Windows"
The server is a Citrix Terminal Server (Win2k).
Has anyone else encountered this before? I thought replication was disabled in Arcserve unless you had some kind of module (which we don't).
Your thoughts are appreciated.
Regards,
Thegg
