Job Failed: Unable to initialize Remote Agent for Windows NT/2000

I am running Backup Exec 8.5 on an NT 4.0 Server (SP6). I have been, up until now, successfully backing up the NT Server and a Netware Server. The job continues to backup NT Server but when it attempt to backup Netware servers, the log shows

Unable to initialize Remote Agent for Windows NT/2000.

I can't find this specific error message anywhere. Can anyone help?

I had a similar problem with the backup agent. It was necessary to install AppleTalk (yes I know you you're running NT 2000) and then disable the protocol. This workaround got my remote agent to work.
