Job Failed Question

I have 3 servers. I have Veritas installed on the main server and a folder on each of the other two that gets backed up daily along with system state and other info on the main server. My jobs keep failing. I look at the job log and it looks like all the information is getting backed up fine. The only errors I can find are as follows:

"Unable to initialize Remote Agent for Windows NT/2000 - performing standard backup"

This error is on both of the servers (not main one). The backup goes ahead and backs up fine. This must be what is causing my failed error. I have installed Veritas on each of the other two servers. Is there something, a setting on the two servers that I have missed?

The remote agent software must be installed on the remote servers.
