Job Engine

Hello,

The Job engine for my brightstor version 9, will not start
keep getting an error saying the service did not respond in a timely fashion. in the brightstor log i get an error message
E1001 unable to vreate the brightstor job queue.

Anybody got an ideas why this is happening, i've try re-booting the server but same thing happens after a reboot

stop all the services, close the manager, rename the 00000001.qsd subdirectory and then start it up again.
