Job didn´t start

My ARCServe Problem:
i mounted a wrong tape. after changing and mounting the right tape the job didn´t start. there is no entry in the activity log! After stopping and restarting the tape-engine the job will run. do anybody know, how i can fix this bug?

You said you remounted tapes. Did you use the library front panel controls?

Arcserve must maintain control of lthe lib. at all times while it is running. You should use only the Arcserve Device Manager to move tapes from drives or slots. If you must use the lib. panel controls, stop the Arcserve tape engine first. Restart it when the library completes any outstanding commands.
