Hello ...

I have the folllowing Issue:

1. Incoming call via PRI is sent to the IPOCC Topic.
2. User hear IVR announcements (Jitter and Delay).
- Use the Deafult IPOCC announcemts, same result when hear announcments (Jitter and Delay)
- when dial a topic from internal normal extension, hear the IVR announcments very well with no jitter and delay in packets
- when dial a topic from internal Agent extension, same result when hear announcments (Jitter and Delay)
- there is no issue if we using the same announcement with same format from VMpro
3. IPOCC Agent Answer the Call and there is no problems or issues when talking.

RAISE A TICKET WITH AVAYA WITH NO RESULTS
ADDING A VCM CARD WITH NO RESULT
CONNECTING THE IPOCC SERVER AND IPO AND AGENT EXTENSION TO SEPERATE SWITCH (ALONE/DISCCONECT FORM CUSTOMER NETWORK) WITH NO RESULT

The IPOCC and IPO is Rlease 10.1, The IPOCC Server is Under Hyper-V

Depends what you mean with jitter and delay.

There is an issue that IVR announcements sound bad if not imported first as and Task Flow announcement and using that file.
But it could also be an issue with Hyper-V, depending on how that solution is setup.

@janni78: Thanks for your replay, I mean in jitter it's not a noise on voice but it's a bad quality when announcement playing, the caller can't understand anything, like a cutting in packets, as I described above when I dial a topic number from any internal extension I can hear and the announcement played very well and very high quality, but if I dial a topic from any agent's phone the quality is same as external.
I used the default IPOCC announcements this not make a difference.
I used a separate network than customer, this not make a difference.
about hyper-v I know from IPOCC 10.1 Tasked based Guide is supported, and as I tell you there is no problms in announcemtns when calling it from any normal extension.

Just because Hyper-V is supported doesn't mean it will work well if the Hyper-V is poorly built.

But the question is does also Task Flow announcements sound the same?

@jannie78: yes, any announcement voice coming from IPOCC server is comming poorly either from IVR or Taskflow, this I noted also when I set the voicemail to be played to supervisor group when it's available, the system voice and the recorded messages coming with a lot of jitters.
why I doubt Hyper-V implementation because when calling the topic number internally the announcement is very clearly, but when calling it from external or from agent extension it's very poorly.
also what's I noted from system Status, on Active calls, that when calling from internal normal extension the connection type is RTP Relay, while when calling toipc number from external or agent phone the connection type is VCM.

@jannie78: Hi Jannie78, if the problem is coming from the IPOCC server because it's built under Hyper-V, How can I Know from where it coming ? this is related to SIP level under Hyper-V.

Thanks

Hard to tell without having access to the system.

Try installing it on a physical server and see if the problem remains, you need to test potential error points and rule them out.
