JIT Error while using Visual Interdev.

I was using Visual Interdev and SQLGo simultaneously. However, while doing an update in SQLGO, I got an JIT error message. Which froze SQLGo. But in going back to the database I noticed that the updates where executed but without the where clause. (Very bad!)

Does anyone know of any conflicts with using Visual Interdev with SQLGO?
