Jinitiator with Citrix

We have deployed recently Oracle 9ias on AIX System. The client access the application through Citrix with the Jinitiator Client 1.3.1.6 which is install on citrix server.
The response time is very good but we experiency freezing problem. The application still alive but nothing response.
We also test the application in direct mode without citrix and we didn't have any problem concerning freezing problem.
Have you got information concerning problem with Oracle Jinitiator through citrix.
