I had the same error a few months ago.
I extended the JFS2log from 128Mb to 256 Mb. and the error did not came until last week.
After a research I found out that this error was caused by some processes that are using a file for a very long time continiously. In my case it was a job process running since July and this process creates a file each time it starts. I stopped the process and a new entry created in error log
(JFS2 LOGGING IS BACK TO NORMAL )saying jfs2log is normal.
you have two ways to solve this problem .
a) increasing jfs2log
b) finding what process is causing this error. and stopping it.
