I have recently bought a V400DBL board and some times when I start it I get a high then low beep tone continuos (Sounds like an old police car,,,,Meeee\ma lol anyone any ideas?

If your unsure....Dont do it!
 
I'll take a stab in the dark and guess at fan CPU fan RPM sensing.
Have you got a heatsink/fan unit with a larger 70/80mm fan onboard? sometimes motherboards struggle detecting the RPM signal from these slower fans.
You could also try reseating video card, memory modules etc.
Overheating is doughtful on boot but check CPU temps are below 60C
Also check bios parameters for RPM and CPU heat sensing are noy set too low.
