I've a jetdirect 310x linked to a laserjet 3320 (multifunctions): now my 3320 has the scanner damaged. I would like to simply unplug the scanner and find a firmware version without scanner detection, but I think it's just a dream ...
I think I have to buy an other laserjet (absolutly not a multifunctions). I have take in consideration the laserjet 1320 and I would like to link it at my jetdirect, but on hp site I've found nothing about the compatibility between 310x and 1320: just between 300x and 1320. But the 300x and 310x will be really so different ?? Someone have any experiences about 310x and his recycling with new laserjet model ??
