We have an access database that was written in Access97 and has been converted to Access2000. It is divided into a FE and BE. When using certain forms we sometimes get an error Jet Database Engine has stopped, record is locked by another user, even thought only one person is in the database at the time. We have been trying to trace the cause of the error with no success. We have now converted the BE back to Access97, and the error has seemed to clear up. Has anyone else encountered a problem such as this?
