Jet engine could not find the object "Databases"

I have a database that was built and joined to a workgroup then burned to a CD for archiving. Now I can not open the database from the disk because I get an "index" error. I found an old copy of the databse on my server but can't open it because of the "Databases" error mentioned. I can not run any repair either. HELP!

Check your references. I believe you need a reference to the Microsoft x.x Object Library.

x.x will probably be 3.6
