Hi all,
I have a weird problem in our company. We use HP Jet Direct (newest version from hp webpage) on NT 4.0. All printers work fine but everyday we have at least one printer, that doesn't find his port. Users see "Printer not responding" if they check the spooler status. On the server I have to click "Add Port" and recreate the same port as before and the printer works again. Is this a "feature" of jet direct, just to keep the admin busy or is there any known workaround?
Any help will be appreciated!
