Jet Direct Card ID

On a HP Laserjet 3800dn, would the port to create on our printserver be based on which of the following jet direct cards:
Hewlett Packard Jet Direct
Hewlett Packard Jet Direct EX (Multiport)
Hewlett Packard Jet Direct EX (Single port)

The printer tech did not connect the printer to the network jack yet, and I can't read the card to set up the print queue remotely.

The EX models are for an EXternal jetdirect card you duct-taped to the back of the printer. The other model is for the embedded jetdirect or an add on EIO jetdirect (sits in a slot in the printer).
