I upgraded to a Microsoft optical wheelmouse and everything was running fine....unfortunately due to other factors i had to format and re-install XP. Ever since all scrolling in windows is jerky and painfully slow. This happens when using the mouse, and just using the normal window scroll bars on the side! what has happened? and can i change it back at all?
