ok guys this is what i have found out..i was doing the pop up right the whole time..but for some reason it has a problem working from within the frames..if you goto

and click on the live chat you will see what happens..but if you goto

http://www.promaintenance4u.com/top.html

and call the live chat from there(just click on the word live the best you can) the pop up works fine..just the problems from within the frames!

any ideas?..

never mind guys..my problem was i was using ie as my ftp..and if i clicked on the index.html from the ftp page and called the script it was not working..but only from inside the ftp..it works fine now from the browser outside the ftp..
