If you are bored in office try answering some of your real customers issues that get presented to you instead of upgrade upgrade upgrade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I must agree with bason. I'm getting really sick and tired of hearing, "ohh you need to upgrade to this new release to solve your problem", or even this one," Try this private build, it could narrow down the problems you are having, then call us back if you are still having issues"
We only upgrade system firmware (FOC under maintanence agreement) if the problem is due to a bug in your current firmware.
90% of fault I resolve are due to incorrect programming or customer error.
I would recomend to any purchaser of a telephone system to get a maintanace agreement with your provider ths IPO is simple enough for most useres to setup basic operation themselves but there is no substitute for experiance!
