jce, installing, and some tutorials

hey,
ive downloaded the JCE 1.2.1 and ive attempted to install it, but i keep getting an error when i run this simple program that encrypes "secrets.txt" so, ive been tryin to find some tutorials on the net on java and encryption, but i cant find any. does anybody know where some good ones are?
