Jbuilder X Enterprise Installation dragging

Help!
We're trying to install Jbuilder X Enterprise on our Windows XP Pro SP1 systems, and the installation is taking forever! It takes it 2hrs to get just 25% done.
System specs are P4-3GHZ 512MB RAM 20GB HD
Is this possibly a DMA problem or does anyone know of a workaround?

Sounds like DMA is not enabled. We too had this problem; as a work around, we copied the CD contents to a temporary directory on the C: drive and ran the install without a problem(after which of course the installation deleted the CD contents from the temporary directory)
Seems to be the only way to get around the slow install.
