Jbuilder seems to be crashing Windows

I'm running JBuilder7 PE on a Windows 2000 server machine. I've only used it twice (for about 2 days at a time) over the past couple of months. After both of these sessions I ended up with a corrupted OS. Both times the problem presented itself when I tried to reboot the machine. Under normal circumstances I never turn off or reboot. But after using JBuilder, I started getting system errors (mostly it seems in IE) and had to reboot. Except for these two events, the machine and OS have been stable. Has anybody experienced anything like this? Have an answer?
