javascript to fin the most recent page visited

I want to know how i can do the following:
Say i have 3 html pages a.html , b.html , c.html

a has a link to page c
b has a link to page c

But when the pace c gets loaded i want to display a message informing which page has called c i.e if it has been called from a.html or b.html. I want to validate this through javascript. can anyone help me please.....
