Javascript - Swing applet

Javascript can access to an AWT applet because the tag APPLET was used. My problem is : my Swing applet is referenced with OBJECT(for IE) and EMBED(Netscape) tags. And javascript can't use public methods of my applet.

Is this a javascript question or a java question?

Java != Javascript

If it is a javascript question, you will probably have more luck in a javascript forum.
