Javascript Slideshow

Hey, Im pretty new at Javascript, and I was just wondering the code for an automatic slideshow of about 5 images. I know HTML, XHTML, CSS, etc, and am now working on Javascript, but a friend of mine wants to put a slideshow of her daughter on her website, and I just don't have a clue how to do that! Any help is appreciated.

Here's one I use a lot, been around for a long time. You can delete the automated part pretty easily.
