javascript "browse for folder" treeview

Hi all,

I was looking for a client-side "browse for folder" window for a while and at last, i found it in this website:

this is completely what i am looking for, but the interface isn't like i want it to be:

I want the folders to be listed in a treeview like that:

However, I couldn't be successful in combining FileSystemObject codes with any treeview code above, in spite of all my efforts...

Consequently...
My question is: How to do browse for folder treeview in javascript/html?
