I've been doing some performance profiling for an ajax web application... and discovered a very worthwhile article that I thought I'd share.
It gives clear practical advice (along with examples that are easy to understand) about how you can get better performance from javascript. Whilst it's written to address changes in IE, it has relevance across the spectrum.
It's also part one of three!
