Javascript menu with Frames

Hi All,

Please i want to implement a site on MSCMS Server. The site requires a dynamic menu with frames. What i want is similar to what is obtainable on

http://www.total.com.

Please if anybody knows a software that can write this for me i wouldn't mind going in that direction. I need to deliver the project on time and i'm not too proficient in Javascript. If anybody has done something similar, i wouldn't mind your wealth of experience.

I don't use this menu with frames, but his
support site has examples of use with frames.
