Javascript in Acrobat--Transitions?

Is there anyway of inserting Javascript to force PDF pages to use transitions (in normal view, not full screen), I have about 300 legacy PDF files that I may need to hack, so any bulk methods wopuld be appreciated. and on top of that, I'm a JavaScript novice!
