Does anybody know how to use the get.variable command of a flash movie in Javascript? If so how can it be done across two frames of a frameset.
Swamijones
Swamijones@intoxic.com
<a href= Media
You need to use Javascript in the parent HTML page. You can find a tutorial at <A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> The tutorial says how to change the background color, but you can use any java commands.
We used a navigation movie to send variables to content movie with the command "parent.content.movie.setvariable (command, args)"
Where content is the name of the right frame and movie is the name and id of the flash movie. If you wanna try it yourself it's really slick and lets you do almost anything with flash. Lemme know if can help you on any
problems.

Fernando Regueiro
ferhelping@yahoo.com
