Javascript form problem

I'm beginner,
The First time I'll use the javascript form for my webpage. Where is the javascript form tutor to learn it? I searched for the tutor but I'm kind of confused on the tutors. Can anybody help me?

I suggest you go to your teacher and ask them for a book that will teach you the fundamentals of HTML. Alternatively learn how to use the internet to search (google, yahoo, askjeeves) and use the examples and tutorials that are available (in abundance) online.
